Making Music Matter, Making Royalties Right.
We’re Malaysia’s Collective Management Organization (CMO) that upholds the rights of recording performers. Incorporated as a non-profit company in 2011, we honour music makers by ensuring they are fairly compensated for their contributions to the music industry.
Your Performance Has Value. Get Paid for It.
Every recording carries the talent, dedication, and creativity of performers behind it. When your recorded performance is played publicly, you deserve to receive the royalties you’ve earned.
By becoming an RPM member, you gain access to:
- Royalty collection and distribution
- Protection of performers' rights
- Industry representation
- Rights management support
- Access to performer-related updates and resources
Using Music in Your Business or Event?
Music creates atmosphere, enhances customer experiences, and adds value to commercial spaces. If recorded music is played in your premises, event, outlet, or establishment, a music licence must be required under Malaysian copyright regulations.
RPM makes the licensing process simple, transparent, and compliant.
